I swore when I snapped the picture of my fried bee hoon with my cell phone, the quality seems to look good on the screen. But when I transferred it to my laptop, the image seems to look very blur. I am not going to blame on my Sony Ericsson cell phone but I will blame my lack of photography skills. I will not use this reason to get an I phone myself too. I am never a big fan of cellphone and I am happy to be able to make calls, receive and send text messages.
Even though the picture is blur but I swore it tasted all right…LOL. I guess for now you just have to take my word for it. Hopefully one day I might save enough money to open a restaurant in Manila. So without further adieu, here is the simple recipe of SPICY FRIED BEE HOON.

I have to admit I find it quite fun to be posting food recipe although I felt like a 40 years old house wife while doing it. I hope to improve on my writing skills in order to give the exact instructions in the future. In the meantime, try out the recipe and I am sure you will like it.
